My items from Safe box (Deposit) are missing!?
Some of you didn't know about this and ask the team Where are my Safe box items!?, the answer is very simple, them are still there!
This is usually happening if you had buff from item shop, the one that gives you more rooms in safe box, after the safe box buff expires you are able to view only items from page I, the pages II and III can be viewed only if you purchase again more pages from item shop, no worries, your items are still there! Don't forget to relogin after you purchase again, otherwise you won't be able to see your items. For any other questions, please contact the team.

The Auction system in Offline Shop is here to help you sell items for a higher price, by letting people bid for that item, the player that bid the most yang for that item, will get the item when the auction time is over.
You, as owner of the Auction, can't close/cancel the Auction after the auction is active.
How it works? Let's make it simple with an example, we'll need player 1 and player 2 for this example. You are the owner of the Auction and the start price of the item is 500,000 Yang. Player 1 bid for your item with 1kk. ~Now player 1 can't do anymore bid for this item and have to wait. Player 2 outbid player 1 with 1.2kk. ~ Now player 2 have to wait because he can't outbid for the same item. Player 1 gets his 1kk back in his Safe box and he can outbid player 2 offer again, for example with 1.4kk, again, he must wait. In this example player 2 will get the item since his bid is the highest, if player 1 outbid player 2 and no one will make any more offers, player 1 will get the item since his bid is the highest. Basically, the auction winner is the player that offers the highest value of yang.

As you might sometimes notice, the My Offer tab of the Offline Shop system keeps loading. This is a protection mode to ensure that people don't make abusive offers and don't do multiple bids.
What can I do? Ask the owner of the Offline Shop to accept or cancel your offer for that specific item(s). Wait until someone outbid your offer, if someone else offers more yang than you, then your My Offer tab will work again and your yang will come back into the Offline Shop - Safe box, however you can outbid for that item again, with a higher yang amount than the previous bid. After the offer is denied or cancelled, or someone else outbid your offer, your bid Yang will go into your Offline Shop ~ Safe box, your bid Yang will stay locked until the Offline Shop is closed, or the time expire, in case the owner of the offer accepts your offer then he gets your Yang and you will get the item(s).
We can't tell you how much time is left until the offer is expired, this depends on the owner and time set for that offline shop, to double-check this you can simply check the time left of that shop/offer before offer. If you offer before checking the time, then contact the owner of the Offline Shop.
